Tests on reformer tubes are done in Ammonia plants, Methanol plants, Hydrogen reformers in refineries, and DRI steel plants.
Highly trained Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) employees in possession qualifications according to DIN EN 9712 including several Level 2 and Level 3 test engineers are available for mechanized reformer tube testing.
In combination with the in-house development and manufacture of eddy current sensors, testing of the tubes can be reliably performed even in conditions which involve technological sophistication.
